Ti22 Associates will consider contingency recruiting opportunities wherein clients will pay an appropriate fee payable once a candidate that we have sourced accepts a job offer and begins work with the client.
The Key Benefit to this option is that there is No Risk at all. Client only pays a contingency fee if Ti22 Associates finds and places a candidate within the client company.

- Large Fee - up to 30% of candidate base salary
- No guarantee of dedication - contingency firm can anywhere between 0% and 100% of their time on your important searches
- Candidates can be submitted to multiple clients to improve likelihood of placement
