Client background: Small but rapidly growing company that
provides maintenance and support services for PeopleSoft,
JD Edwards and Siebel applications.
Problem: Company had very aggressive growth plans, but didn't have a formal recruiting structure
established to support their growth. Their business is heavy into supporting
their clients, and if they didn't have the appropriate resources in place, on time,
then their clients would be unhappy and/or leave.
Solution: Ti22 assessed the situation, absorbed as much information
as possible to understand the business model, culture and objectives.
Ti22 then helped create structure and processes including: recruiting/communication processes,
detailed activity tracking sheets and screening sheets. Ti22 also created a process
to handle all Employee Referrals and Career Page candidates while simultaneously
executing on a strategy to find passive candidates
Results: Company doubled in size in less than 6 months.
50% of our time was 'internal' type of work (Employee Referrals,
Career Page, administration) while 50% of our time was focused on
passive search. Our cost was approximately 50% of what they would
have spent on contingency fees alone for the Passive hires we made.
In addition to a massive cost savings, we were there to help create
the foundation, and to manage all 'internal' recruiting activities.
